What is Platoria's Shopify app?

Platoria's Shopify app empowers Shopify stores by integrating thousands of authentic reviews directly onto their product pages even when the stores themselves have no or just a few reviews. We do that in the form of AI review summaries that are a collection of buyers' opinions from around the globe.

What type of shops can utilize this Shopify app?

Platoria's Shopify app can be utilized by stores that offer known products that have reviews somewhere on the web. However, it's crucial that the products are not extremely unique or unpopular (for example, designer clothes, very niche instruments, handcrafted items, etc.). Our AI aggregates reviews for each product and generates summaries based on this data. If there are no reviews to gather, the AI cannot create review summaries, and the product will be categorized under the "Rejected Products" tab. It's important to note that rejected products do not contribute to your usage count.

Which product categories does the app support?

Platoria supports a wide array of product categories, provided that the individual products within those categories have a sufficient number of reviews available online (please refer to the previous question and answer for more details).

What does the Enterprise plan encompass?

If you have more than 100 products in your store, you are elligible for our Enterprise plan. You will have to contact us first, and tell us how many products you have. We will analyze your store and based on the count and complexity of the products we will offer you a custom plan.

The Enterprise plan includes all the benefits of the Pro plan.

Finally, it is condensing the reviews into easily digestible summaries.

The resulting AI review summaries are designed to highlight the significant aspects of each product, allowing consumers to quickly grasp the overall sentiment and key points made by real buyers. By presenting the information in a concise format, we simplify consumers' research process, providing them with the critical insights necessary to make well-informed decisions.

What are the green and red bars next to each bullet point?

The green and red bars alongside the bullet points represent the frequency of mentions by reviewers for each specific point. They indicate the significance of these features based on the number of mentions they received. For instance, a 10% indication suggests that roughly one in every ten reviewers highlighted that particular point in their reviews.

The top green bar is consistently at maximum length, serving as a reference point, while the other bars are proportionately scaled in comparison to this primary bar, reflecting the relative importance of each feature based on reviewer feedback.

Why does the AI-generated summary I came across exhibit poor quality and errors?

Our AI endeavors to produce polished summaries, but it isn't flawless and can occasionally generate inaccuracies. Moreover, inaccuracies may arise from reviewers contributing misleading information, which the AI can't always distinguish from factual content, leading to inaccuracies in the summary.

It's crucial to recognize that although our AI technology aims to supply precise and pertinent summaries, there could be situations where it doesn't grasp particular nuances or subjective viewpoints entirely. We consistently work on refining and augmenting our algorithms to heighten the caliber and precision of our summaries.
